1 General Matters

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a valid agreement between the h31 platform ("Platform", "Site") and its users ("User", "You"). By accessing the h31.cam website or creating an account, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms.

2 Account Registration

Deposits on the h31 platform can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing a successful withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes. A verification process may be mandatory at the time of withdrawal.

• The withdrawal method used is preferably the same as the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.

5.3 Currency

6 Bonuses and Promotions

h31 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The current welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, this requirement is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is received.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.

• h31 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.

6.2 VIP Program

h31's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active gaming.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on the h31 platform are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined impartially using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

• No game outcome can be predetermined or manipulated.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical fault, the stake will be refunded.
• h31 is not responsible for losses caused by network disconnection.
• The game provider's own rules will also apply.

7.1 Game Cancellation Policy

If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, or if evidence of irregularity on the part of a user is found, h31 reserves the right to cancel the relevant game or round and adjust the account accordingly.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h31 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the gaming system.
• Playing games on behalf of minors or assisting them in creating accounts.
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other users.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by h31

h31 may suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence that the user is a minor.

9.2 Closure by the User

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. A self-exclusion facility is also available in the responsible gaming section. You are advised to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

10 Limitation of Liability

h31 is committed to providing the highest quality of service. However, h31 will not bear any liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.

In any circumstance, h31's maximum liability is limited to the current balance in the user's account.
